How To Create A Passive Income Stream and Never Work Again

Okay, the first part of this title, not to mention the front cover graphic, could be a little (or a lot) offensive to some people. But it’s meant to get your attention (bingo, it worked). But most of us who are trying to be self reliant will find the information in this book very useful. In fact, I’d wager that most people who are totally self reliant have several income streams. Regardless, I’m betting a lot of people like me will find some useful tips on creating passive income while trying to be more self reliant. Don’t think this is an ebook about “how to make money fast” techniques, because it’s not.

Green Living: How to Live A More Sustainable, Earth Friendly Life Style

If you’re read a lot of my articles, you’ll know that I’m not all the way on this “green” movement bandwagon. Luckily for people like me, “Green” lifestyle can mean a lot of things to a lot of other people. For me, a self reliant lifestyle where you don’t depend on others for your basic needs is “green”. If you need something, you make it, barter for it or grow it. For others, it’s all about being “Earth friendly” and living a way that they believe does not leave a “footprint” on the Earth. This book does discuss some alternative techniques most preppers will probably find useful, so it’s worth a download.

Woodworking Projects-Decking: How To Build A Deck Easily – Using Basic Carpentry Skills!

Basic carpentry skills is something every Prepper should have. Building a simple deck isn’t rocket science and you won’t have to be a virtual Bob Villa to pull it off. This book has some very good basic advice and instructions on how to build a deck. If you can do this, then the skills learned from one of these projects will easily transfer over to other woodworking projects that arise. If you’ve never built anything, or maybe your carpentry skills are a little rusty, I highly recommend this book.

A healthy detox in 10 days

As the old saying goes, if you don’t have your health, you don’t have anything…or something like that. I truly believe that fasting is a great way to detox your body and that it’s a very healthy thing to do. I also know it’s not for everyone and that’s why there are other ways to do it. This ebook covers one technique for detoxifying your body that includes tasty recipes of fruits and vegetables along with exercise. Give it a try for ten days and see if you don’t feel better!

The Ultimate Guide To Fishing

If you don’t consider yourself a fisher ‘person’ or would like to learn this skill as part of your survival preparedness, then grab this copy and study it. For those of us who’ve fished all our lives, there’s probably little to be learned. But for others who don’t practice this sport, the info contained in this ebook will set you on your way of understanding fish and the art of fishing.

How to Camp Out: Practical Advice for the Outdoor Adventurer Based on the Experience of a Civil War Soldier

Although this book was originally written in the 1870′s, there’s still a lot of good basic info for the greenhorn here. This is another one of those ‘basic how-to’ books you need if you’ve never camped out any other place than Holiday Inn or in a RV at a RV park. It’s a great primer to primitive camping. This is one of those books that can give you the basic knowledge and foundation to build on. I’d recommend it to anyone who doesn’t camp out on a regular basis or as a gift to someone you know who needs to improve their camping skill set.

Hunting With Bow and Arrow

This is the timeless classic by Pope & Young. Yes, the very same Pope & Young that inspired the Pope & Young organization. Saxon Pope wrote this “how to” manual while taking lessons from an American Indian named Ishi. It was through their hunting ventures that Pope experimented with different gear including bows, arrows and broadheads. There are some pretty good details about how to craft your own bow and other gear. A ‘must have’ if you’re a bowhunter or are interested in hunting game with a bow and arrow!
